Shiksha means learning and you can see that every living organism has the ability to learn and teach, for example, every newborn organism sees how to collect food, fly and move, from its mother and then they do it themselves. So, this is the basic shiksha that everyone needs to survive and it is provided by their parents to their children.

Vedic shastr is Vedic scripture that is followed by Sanatan Dharm, it has many collections like Ved, Vedang, Dharm Shastr, Mahakavy, Puran, Upaved, and Shad Darshan. These include all the knowledge that is present in the universe and which is necessary for us to live. It has full potential for learning with all kinds of knowledge. These were accomplished with research and hence no one finds anything wrong with them.

Brihaspati is a guru that was mention as the guru of gods and he wrote a system how to life, how to manage a life and that collection is known as smriti, well known as Brihaspati Smriti. This Brihaspati Smriti is group of Dharma Shastr, in which many Smriti were present in category of Vedic literature or well say as Vedic Shastr.
