Yog is a Sanskrit word that means union. Nowadays its familier with YOGA word that not the right way to understand about it. In our Bharat all are knows yog means union, this term is also use in math in case of addition. And in many stream they are included like incident commonly refer as yog, and this is because everything happens with the union of nature so any incident are says as yog. let us know what is yog.

Bharat is also known as India, Aryavarth, Bharatvarsh, Jambudvep, and many more. This is due to character of this country. Ashram is a staying period in life that represent what you should do or are capable of doing. It is basically the way of life of Sanatan Dharam. They have included Ashram from birth to death and are divided each period of almost 25 years into 4 parts, assuming life will be 100 years, and these are Brahmachary, Grihasth, Sanyas, and Vanprasth.

Ved is the scripture of our Sanatan Dharm we can say it is one of the most important Vedic literature. There are four Ved: Rig Ved, sam Ved, Yayur Ved, and Atharv Ved. Rig Ved is the oldest one and Atharv Ved is the newest. So, these Ved actually represent the collection of oneness, like Sam Ved, are the collection of music and lyrics, hymns and all, and in the case of Atharv Ved, it is the collection of magical formula for creation, health-related solution for the environment and living organisms.

Varna Vidhi is the caste system that people understand nowadays. Varna Vidhi is not the category we do, it has its own natural form. What any human will do is already shown by their body and mind and they act accordingly.
