Brahmans As we know all vedas is written in hymns but there are their explanation as well and that is known as brahmans. Let’s know about it that how a ved compact and how we say that they are written in very easy way so that no one feel hard. The brahmans explain the hymns of the vedas. They are written in prose and ritualistic in nature. Brahma means sacrifice. The various sacrifices and rituals have been elaborately discussed in the brahamanas. Every veda has several brahamanas attached to it That is– Rig ved- aitareya and kaushitiki/sankhyan Samved- panchvisha, shadvinsh, chahandogya and jaiminaya Yajur ved- shatapatha and taittariya. Atharva ved- gopatha So go to your nearest math and read it if you are interested. Aranyakas You know very well ved are use to in education system in gurukul and gurukul is always in a open field and thats why in the concluding portion of explanation of veda is based of forest lifestyle manner. Lets understand it In different way, The word aranya means the forest. The forest texts were called aranyaka, because they were written mainly for the hermits and the students living in jungles. The aranyaka are the concluding portions of the brahamanas. And you may have heard that ved is also known as shruti because ved is not a textbook that was given to everyone so that after passing an exam they get a certificate on it. they know it. Actually this time of education system is worst in the history. Shruti is very good technique of education system because if you are not intencefully heard what guru say, you will never get chance for that line and most important thing is if you are not know the full knowledge of ved and overall you understand just summary for example then see what would happens. Well in case of atharv ved when you want to make tree and its become stone and when you waste of your gurukul time this will definitely happens and for these thing not to happens they start shruti of it so that each and everyone listen with mannerful way, without any time wasting and develop a wonderful live.
